Returns & Exchanges

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Returns for a refund or exchange may be requested within 30 days from your order’s fulfillment date. If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on your return.

All returns must be submitted through our automated returns portal within this 30-day window. Requests submitted outside of the portal or without prior approval will not be accepted, and items sent without authorization will not be returned.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Accepted Return Reasons: Doesn't Fit, No Longer Needed, Received Damaged or Defective Item, Quality / Description Mismatch, Incorrect Item/Size Received
  • A photo is required at the time of submission
  • Proof of purchase (order number and associated email) is required

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Hazardous or flammable products
  • Gift cards and downloadable products
  • Select health and personal care items

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Items showing signs of use (e.g., books, media)
  • Opened media products (CDs, DVDs, vinyl, etc.)
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned outside of the 30-day window

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email of the approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days (processing times may vary by bank or credit card provider). Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank

Exchanges

If your exchange is approved, a replacement order will be created and shipped. You will receive tracking information once the new order is labeled for shipment.

Please allow 5–7 business days for exchange orders to ship (timing may vary).

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. All sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is processed.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Proof of purchase (order number and associated email) is required and can be found on the packing slip included with the gift.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund
  • Approved returns must be shipped within 14 days of the approval date. If the return is not in transit within that timeframe, the approval will expire

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
